Who are we?
Hello world!
Meet Jess and Eliza! Neuro-spicy best friends, cabaret performers, and the BRILLIANT creators of Late to the Party: The ADHD Hour.
After both being diagnosed with ADHD as adults, Jess and Eliza finally had words for the whirlwind going on inside their brains—and decided to turn that chaos into an award winning comedy cabaret!
The show is a fast-paced, heartfelt, and hilariously honest celebration of neuro-divergence. Through original parody songs, big vocals, bold harmonies, and storytelling, we bring the audience into the lived experience of ADHD—time-blindness, memory fails, rejection sensitivity, and all. Whether you’re neuro-divergent or just love someone who is, this is a space to laugh, relate, and learn something new.
We’re not medical experts—we’re performers with loud voices, big feelings, and a whole lot of lived experience. We’ve built a show (and a community) that centres joy, self-acceptance, and connection through the lens of ADHD.
So if you’ve ever felt like the group chat started without you - welcome to the party!! You’re right on time.
